1. Processing Times

- High Volume Notice: During peak holiday seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders (applicable to standard shipping only).
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
3. Tracking Your Shipment
- Notification: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Activation: Tracking links typically become active and update status within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
- Buyer Responsibility: For international shipments, our store is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package.
- Compliance: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
- Reporting Window: If your tracking information states your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrived damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the listed delivery date.
- Requirement: Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods. You will be required to submit clear photo evidence of the damaged outer box and items to open a claim.
6. Address Corrections & Undeliverable Packages
- Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- Fees: If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, insufficient address details, or failure to collect the delivery from a local post depot, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
